New Army Chief General Dhiraj Seth has identified key "focus areas" to address challenges of the evolving security environment under the acronym "VIJAY". "V stands for Vigilance and Readiness, I for Innovation and Transformation, J for Jointness and Integration, A for Aatmanirbharta, and Y for Yoddha First," General Seth said. He also paid tribute to ex-Army Chief General Upendra Dwivedi.
