The new Income Tax Bill, tabled by Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman in Parliament on Thursday, has been referred to a select committee for further scrutiny. The committee will submit its report by the first day of the next session. The Lok Sabha was adjourned till March 10 as the first part of the Budget Session concluded.
