New Indian VPN regulations are an assault on privacy: ProtonVPN

VPN service ProtonVPN, operated by a Swiss company, called India's new VPN regulations "an assault on privacy", adding that they "threaten to put citizens under a microscope of surveillance". "We remain committed to our no-logs policy," it added. The new VPN regulations released by CERT-In require VPN service providers to collect and hold user data for five years or longer.
