MIT scientists have developed an experimental mRNA-based approach to boost immunity in ageing mice. By using the liver to produce key immune signals, the treatment increased T cell numbers, improved vaccine responses, and enhanced cancer immunotherapy results. Though still in early animal studies, the research offers promising insights into supporting healthier ageing.
