A new statue of Dr BR Ambedkar was installed in Bharhata village of Madhya Pradesh's Satna district after unidentified miscreants vandalised the original during the night. The locals demanded that the culprits be arrested by staging a road blockade for around 1.5 hours. Earlier, a statue was vandalised in Punjab's Hoshiarpur and posters were found torn in Fazilka.
