New study shows creatine may help with memory loss

A new pilot study published in Alzheimer's & Dementia: Translational Research & Clinical Interventions found that creatine monohydrate increased brain creatine levels by 11% in people with Alzheimer's disease. Over the 8-week trial, participants also showed small but promising improvements in memory, attention, and word recognition, suggesting potential cognitive benefits.
