New study shows dumbbell and cable raises grow shoulders equally

A new study in Frontiers in Physiology shows that dumbbell and cable lateral raises are equally effective for growing the lateral deltoid. Over 8 weeks, trained lifters saw similar shoulder gains with both methods. This means one can confidently use either tool for hypertrophy based on preference, access, or comfort without sacrificing results.
