New study shows HIIT and vitamin D boost bone health

A new study published in the journal BMC Musculoskeletal Disorders found that combining high-intensity interval training (HIIT) with vitamin D supplementation for 16 weeks significantly improved bone mineral density in women with osteoporosis, offering better protection than exercise or supplements alone.
