New study suggests mangoes may support better blood sugar control

A new study in nutrients conducted by researchers in Illinois Institute of Technology, found that eating mangoes daily improved insulin sensitivity in overweight adults with chronic inflammation. Despite their natural sugars, mangoes didn't increase blood sugar or induce weight gain. These results reportedly suggest mangoes may support metabolic health, when consumed as part of balanced diet.
