A video showing Eric Garcetti, the new US Ambassador to India, arriving at the embassy in Delhi in an autorickshaw has gone viral on social media. The White House had said that Garcetti "will lead an ambitious effort to deepen America's cooperation with India in critical and emerging technologies". Garcetti was sworn in as Ambassador on March 24.
