After a video showed Bengaluru jail prisoners using phones and watching television, another video shared by NDTV showed inmates dancing and partying with liquor and snacks. This comes after Karnataka Home Minister G Parameshwara warned jail officials for allowing VVIP treatment inside the jail. An ISIS recruiter and a serial rapist were seen using phones inside the jail.
