New Zealand signed the Agreement on Climate Change, Trade, and Sustainability (ACCTS), along with Switzerland, Costa Rica, and Iceland, during the APEC summit in Peru. The deal removes tariffs on sustainable goods and services, including 45 key wood and wool products, insulation materials, recycled paper, energy-saving items such as LED lamps, etc.
