News Corp, which owns The Wall Street Journal and the New York Post, countersued search engine Brave for allegedly scraping articles from its publications and selling them to AI companies. Brave last year sued News Corp after receiving a cease-and-desist letter and asked the court to declare its practices legal. News Corp accused Brave of "flagrant theft" in the lawsuit.
