Next gen is always smarter: Jamshyd Godrej on future of Tata Group

Commenting on Tata Group's succession plans after Ratan Tata's demise, Godrej & Boyce Chairman Jamshyd Godrej said next generation is always smarter than the previous one. "Their contribution will be enormous," he said. "Tatas are a good example for the world of how a family has been able to perpetuate their ideas through the structure of a trust," he added.
