An NFT (non-fungible token) of a rhinoceros horn, claimed to be world's first, was recently auctioned for R105,000 ($6,850) in South Africa. It was bought by Cape Town businessman Charl Jacobs who said he plans to place it into a trust for his children. Proceeds from the sale of the NFT will go to the Black Rock Rhino Conservation.
