The complaint has urged the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) to investigate the Lucknow fire tragedy that killed 15 students in Aliganj and examine possible safety and administrative lapses. It also seeks a nationwide review of coaching institute safety standards. The complaint said many centres continue to operate from congested buildings without adequate emergency exits.
