NHRC issues notice amid reports of minors' use as 'shield' during CJP protest in Mumbai

National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) has issued a notice after a complaint about reported participation of minor children in protest organised by CJP in Mumbai. The complaint referred to pictures on social media showing a child being held above a crowd and raised concerns that minor status of children may have been deliberately used as shield to avoid police action.
