NHRC takes cognisance of minors at Mumbai protest

The National Human Rights Commission has taken cognisance of a complaint alleging minor children were used during a Cockroach Janata Party protest in Mumbai. NHRC directed Mumbai Police, MeitY, and X Corp. to preserve digital evidence. Maharashtra's Women and Child Development Department was asked to ensure child safety. All parties must report within a week.
