The National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Wednesday announced a cash reward of ₹10 lakh for any information leading to the arrest of fugitive terrorist Harpreet Singh alias 'Happy Malaysia', who is accused in the 2021 Ludhiana court complex blast. He's currently is Malaysia, the NIA said. It added that he's associated with International Sikh Youth Federation, which planned the blast.
