The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has chargesheeted eight accused, including Pakistani gangster-turned-terrorist Shehzad Bhatti, in connection with the IED car bomb blast at the parking area of Ambala's Baldev Nagar police station in January this year. The agency said Bhatti, wanted in several terror cases, conspired to spread terror among the public by targeting police establishments.
