National Investigation Agency (NIA) has registered a case against designated terror outfit Sikhs for Justice's Jaswinder Singh Multani who was allegedly involved in the December 23 Ludhiana court blast, and other operatives. NIA has clarified that the Ludhiana court blast case was being investigated by the Punjab Police. "This case is lodged on the basis of input," NIA said.
