Nifty IT index ended nearly 3% higher on Wednesday, leading sectoral gains. All major IT stocks ended in green, with Tech Mahindra closing over 3% higher, leading the Nifty gainers. HCL Technologies and Infosys shares ended 2.79% and 2.74% higher, respectively. TCS shares gained nearly 2% while Wipro ended 1.52% higher. The sharp rebound comes a day after sharp selling.
