Nigerian Instagram influencer Ramon Abbas, also known as 'Hushpuppi', has been jailed for over 11 years in the US for his role in a global theft and a money-laundering scam. Abbas, who flaunted his wealthy lifestyle on his Instagram page, had pleaded guilty in 2021 to money laundering, which included helping North Korean hackers launder stolen money.
