Hundreds of Nihang Sikhs, who gathered at the Uttarakhand border to demand the release of four arrested community members, have begun returning to Paonta Sahib in Himachal Pradesh after talks with authorities. "The issue...has been resolved amicably," said Dehradun DM Ashish Chauhan, adding that no clashes were reported. The four were arrested after a parking dispute turned violent in Karnaprayag.
