Trevor Milton, Founder and former CEO of electric truck maker Nikola, was found guilty of three of four counts of fraud relating to false statements about Nikola's stock in a US federal court. Milton was accused of "repeatedly disseminating false and misleading information...through social media". He could face up to 25 years in prison if convicted on all four counts.
