Nikola Tesla had described smartphones back in 1926

Describing wireless technology in 1926, Serbian-American inventor Nikola Tesla said that one day "we shall be able to communicate with one another instantly, irrespective of distance...through television and telephony we shall see and hear one another as perfectly as though we were face to face". He had invented and patented 'Tesla Coil' which is still used in radio and smartphones.
