Nintendo has secured a new patent in the United States regarding capture mechanics in a video game and is expected to initiate legal action against Palworld. However, this recent success comes on the back of 22 other rejected patents by the United States Patent and Trademark Office leaving the company to persuade the examiner to approve more patents.
