Orient Electric shares gained over 6% after Nippon India Mutual Fund acquired 12.5 lakh equity shares through a bulk deal at an average price of ₹178 per share. The transaction was valued at around ₹22.25 crore. As of the June 2026 quarter, promoters held 38.30%, while DII and FII holdings stood at 32.49% and 3.28%, respectively.
