Nirav Tolia, Co-founder and CEO of Nextdoor, the social network for local neighbourhoods, would be stepping down after almost eight years. Tolia emailed employees that he will move into an "active" chairman role on the company's board once he finds his successor. Founded in 2010, the US-based networking startup lets people join community groups to interact with their neighbours.
