Billionaire Karsanbhai Patel-led Nirma Group has acquired a 100% stake in Stericon Pharma Private Limited. Stericon is a contract development and manufacturing organisation (CDMO) that makes sterile contact lens cleaning solutions and eye drops. The disclosure was made by private equity firm InvAscent on its LinkedIn page, however, the value of the transaction wasn't disclosed.
