Nissan is discontinuing Datsun brand in India, the company said on Wednesday. India was one of the last markets where Datsun was still operational after its global relaunch failed and it was discontinued in Russia and Indonesia in 2020. "Datsun redi-GO production has ceased at the Chennai plant...sales of the model still continue (till the stock lasts)," Nissan India said.
