NIT Meghalaya has signed an MoU with global partners such as MIT, Oxford, and Boston University to launch the world’s first professional courses for the visually impaired, supported by Google and Microsoft. The institute has also developed Meghalaya’s first integrated chip to advance irrigation technology, marking a milestone in India’s semiconductor innovation push.
