Government think-tank Niti Aayog has proposed to offer over 30 percent more than the pay offered by the erstwhile Planning Commission to young professionals in a bid to attract talent. Niti Aayog has offered salaries in the range of Rs 40,000 to Rs 70,000 per month, along with an annual increment of Rs 5,000.
