Union Road Transport and Highways Minister Nitin Gadkari on Thursday shared aerial footage and pictures of the Mumbai-Goa Highway. One of the videos shows Gadkari inspecting the highway. Gadkari said work on the highway will be completed by December this year and blamed contractors who were given two stretches for construction in 2011 for the delay.
