Hindustani Awam Morcha (Secular) chief Jitan Ram Manjhi said the controversy around Bihar CM Nitish Kumar pulling down a woman doctor's hijab was being blown out of proportion. "His intention could have been doubted if he were a 25-30-year-old boy. He is 74 years old. He considered the woman her daughter and asked her to reveal her face," he said.
