Former Bihar Deputy CM Sushil Modi on Thursday said that Bihar CM Nitish Kumar was responsible for the death of BJP worker Vijay Kumar Singh, who allegedly died amid police lathi-charge in Bihar. BJP workers were protesting against the posting of teachers in the state when police began using tear gas shells and water cannons to disperse them.
