Mir Mahbub Ali Khan, Asaf Jah VI, the 9th Nizam of Hyderabad ascended the throne at a very young age. He was the first among the Nizams to receive Western education, shaping his progressive vision. He was dubbed "Tees Maar Khan" for his hunting prowess, when he killed 30 tigers during his hunting expedition. He abolished Sati in his kingdom.
