BR Shetty, Founder of UAE's biggest hospital group NMC Health, has filed a petition in Karnataka HC against Indian immigration's move that barred him from flying to UAE from Bengaluru last month. Shetty called it "illegal" and said he was barred “without assigning any reasons whatsoever". NMC Health is being sued by Bank of Baroda for not honouring a deal.
