UP CM Yogi Adityanath has said no arrest will be made without evidence into the killings of nine people in Lakhimpur Kheri violence in which Union Minister Ajay Mishra's son Ashish is the main accused. He added the guilty will not be spared. This comes after Supreme Court said it was not satisfied with the steps taken by UP government.
