Delhi High Court has denied bail to a self-styled faith healer accused of sexually assaulting a girl under the pretext of spiritual treatment. Court termed the allegations serious, saying the trial is at advanced stage. It noted the accused misused family's trust and girl's vulnerability. Trial court has been asked to speed up proceedings as the accused remains in custody.
