Adani Green Energy on Wednesday said Gautam Adani, nephew Sagar Adani and Adani Green CEO Vneet Jaain are clear of any bribery charge in the US indictment, calling reports on this "incorrect". "They've been charged on three counts in criminal indictment namely (i) alleged securities fraud conspiracy (ii) alleged wire fraud conspiracy and (iii) alleged securities fraud," the company added.
