Siwan Yadav, father of six-year-old boy who drowned in 15-foot pit at a residential complex in Greater Noida, said no child could've swum out of the pit. "It's unfair that his life was lost because of the negligence of the authorities," he stated. "He hadn't seen the world," Siwan added. The pit was dug for boring work.
