A fraud case has come to light in MP's Rajgarh, where over 250 birth certificates were issued at a Ramgarh health centre despite no deliveries taking place. These fake certificates were allegedly used to change names and dates of birth on Aadhaar cards, reports said. It added that the accused hacked into a government portal and uploaded forged documents.
