National Green Tribunal said authorities in Delhi must ensure that designated parks are not used to hold events for over 10 days in a month compliance with Supreme Court's order. NGT was hearing a case about commercial mismanagement of a Rohini park. It was found that the ground belonged to DDA and was given for festivals from time to time.
