The multi-crore Dharavi slum redevelopment project involves no land transfer to Adani Group, as per reports. The Adani Group will only build houses as part of the project and hand them over to concerned Maharashtra government departments, who will then allot them to the residents. Adani Group won the redevelopment project through an open international bidding.
