Former Norway minister Erik Solheim praised PM Narendra Modi, saying no leader in any important country is as loved at home as Modi. He said "Western leaders can learn from Modi’s constant green message" and credited him for accelerating India’s economic growth and structural transformation. PM Modi is scheduled to visit Norway during his five-nation tour in May 2026.
