No Lindsey Graham Bill equivalent in Europe: Sitharaman

Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman said Europe has no equivalent of the US Lindsey Graham law, which allows 100% tariffs on major Russian oil buyers. Speaking on India-US trade talks, she said negotiations have 'reached a plateau.' India continues buying Russian crude citing energy security and national interest.
