Digambar, husband of Manjulata who died after consuming contaminated water in Indore, said water had been coming out dirty for past several days. "We even filed complaints, but nothing was done about it. No one listened," he stated. Notably, toilet was built above drinking water pipeline without safety tank. As many as 13 people have died due to the contamination.
