Maharashtra CM Uddhav Thackeray has announced complete waiver of property tax on residential units of up to 500 square feet in Mumbai. "I promise Mumbaikars that we are able to take care of your health and well-being, just continue to give us your blessings," Thackeray said while announcing the decision, ahead of Mumbai municipal corporation elections due next month.
