Union Minister Smriti Irani on Thursday said that the Centre has no proposals to amend the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace Act, 2013 to include members of the LGBTQ community within its bounds. The Act allows any woman who is subjected to sexual harassment at workplace to seek civil and legal remedies.
